Payment by credit/debit card
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and PostePay). The credit card transaction takes place directly on the Banca Sella platform thus guaranteeing the highest levels of security and data confidentiality.
Payment by Paypal
We accept payments via PayPal, the fast and reliable method to buy online in just a few clicks. Your credit card details will be processed solely by PayPal in order to carry out the necessary checks required to authorise online payment.
Gala Gloves will therefore not have any access to credit card details, but will only manage the contact details of the purchaser (name, surname, address) that are required to send the invoice to his/her address and to manage the delivery of your gloves to the address indicated on the order.
Your order will be shipped with standard DHL shipping. Gala Gloves pay all shipping costs so this service is FOC.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order status. Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 are normally shipped within 1-3 working days. For orders placed after 14:00 from Friday to Sunday, delivery will not take place until the following Tuesday. In case there is no one to receive the package, a postcard will be left showing the time of the attempted delivery, along with details of where and when you can pick up your package. Packages that are not collected within 20 days will be returned to Gala Gloves.
SHIPPING STATUS CHECK
You can check the status of your shipment at any time. To do so, follow the link on the shipment confirmation email. The service will not work until the system is updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again later.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
