PAYMENTS

PAYPAL
PayPal is an online payment system for which you will need to have a PayPal account.
When you have finished your purchase with this type of payment, you will see a PayPal payment page from the PayPal website asking you to insert your PayPal account email address and password, or alternatively, proceed to register for a new account.  Once the registration is complete you may proceed to payments via PayPal without having to reinsert the same data again for future purchases.

PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL WITHOUT ACCOUNT
You may also make payments via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards.
During the Checkout, select PayPal as the payment method. You can use your credit cards without logging in, as soon as you land on the PayPal site, click on “Pay with a card” and proceed to payment.
Your credit card information for payments is only inserted on the PayPal website, therefore we can guarantee that this data will be held exclusively by PayPal and by the credit card companies mentioned.
In order to make online payments, you will be asked for the following information:
– Credit card number;
– Date of expiry (month and year);
– The CVV2 code, the three-digit security code printed on the back of the credit card.

PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD (STRIPE)
You may also make payments via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards.
During the Checkout, select Credit Card as the payment method.
In order to make online payments, you will be asked for the following information:
– Credit card number;
– Date of expiry (month and year);
– The CVV2 code, the three-digit security code printed on the back of the credit card.
In addition, optionally, you will be prompted to remember your payment information for future orders.

ONLINE PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER
Payment can be made by bank transfer. During the Checkout, after entering the shipping and billing information, select bank transfer as the payment method, then confirm and complete the order. An order summary page will open and you will find our bank details.
Make the transfer by entering only the order number in the reason for payment (ex #0001). Please note that payment must be made within 1 business day of order confirmation. In case of non-payment, the order will be automatically canceled after 3 working days. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our bank account.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and may vary based on the shipping destination:

  • ITALY
    Free shipping
  • EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM
    Free shipping
  • NORTH AMERICA (USA & CANADA)
    Free shipping for orders equal to or above 250€;
    29$ or 36C$ (25€) for orders less than 250€;
  • ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
    30€ for all orders.

SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping times will vary depending on the items you wish to purchase and the date in which the order is received:

  • Orders of products in stock received Monday-Friday, prior 2pm, (CET, UTC+1 or CEST, UTC+2) will be shipped within 1-2 working days;
  • Orders of products in stock received Monday-Friday, after 2pm (CET, UTC+1 or CEST, UTC+2) or during holidays,  will be shipped on the next working day;
  • Orders of products which are “Made to order” will only be shipped after we finished to produce them.

UPS
Your order will be shipped via standard UPS courier service.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email showing the status of your order. The orders will only appear during weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
In the case that no one is available to receive the goods, a card will be left by UPS to indicate an attempted delivery together with details relating to how and when you may collect your package. If packages are not collected within 20 days, they will be returned to Gala Gloves.

TRACKING THE STATUS OF THE SHIPMENT
You may track your shipment at any time.  To do so, please follow the link shown on your shipping confirmation email.  The service will only work when the system is updated by DHL. If it should work immediately, please try again later.

SHIPMENTS NOT RECIEVED, DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you do not receive the package, having been notified of such with the shipping confirmation email, or the goods are damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service centre via email:
